Description
Our camp firewood mix is a nice mix of one-third seasoned kiln dried Adirondack hardwoods and two-thirds seasoned softwoods. This is the perfect mix for great outdoor fires! Softwoods such as pine, poplar, and bass are very easy to light and burn fast and hot. Softwoods make a fire crackle! Adding seasoned hardwoods to the mix such as maple, birch, ash, cherry, oak, and beech make the fire last longer and provide those great embers. Hardwood embers are great for outdoor cooking!
We cut the wood to 16 inches or less, and the split size of the wood is consistent to make stacking and storage easy.
This firewood mix is available by the half face cord. A half face cord is roughly 21.5 cubic feet of firewood. The dimensions are 16 inch wood, 4 feet high, by 4 feet long.
